mullet = instant camaro cred?
as if my hair-induced obsession with all things camaro weren’t already running hot enough… i’ve been invited to meet the designer of the 2010 camaro next week.
no matter that i’ve never sat in any camaro, apparently having a mullet qualifies me as an expert to the fine folks at GM (and people wonder why they’re bankrupt…)
i’ll be enjoying fancy drinks with other ‘key influencers’ — chatting with tom peters (lead designer) — and taking the 2010 camaro for a test drive.
while i don’t yet know what we’ll be talking about, i can only assume that mr. peters will want to hear all the reasons i think the ‘84 camaro is much preferable to his current rendition.
one thing is clear… the camaro meet & greet would be a great time to roll out my new wheels. i could even have the 2010 camaro’s designer autograph the dashboard of the beast i’ll be donating to goodwill.
spread the word to your mullet-supporting friends. it’s a little sooner than our july 4th cutoff, but i think we can pull it off. either that or i will need to take the bus. i certainly can’t pull up in an imported subcompact hatchback.
